HR13 and open enrollment

We run the BS531 each year to load our OE data. The one thing that does not happen is on HR13. There are flags on that screen to indicate what options a dependent is enrolled in. These do not seem to get updated. Am I missing a setting or is there another process to run to get those flags updates.

Those flags are informational and ar not auto populated to the best of my knowledge.
