Read a global variable value from an attribute

Hi Everyone!

I would like to store the global variable linked to a parameter as an attribute of the parameneter. But when trying to read the attribute, it's just reading the global variable, but not the value of the variable. Is there a trick to read the value of a global variable stored as an attribute?
