We are in the process of upgrading to V11 from S3. We have some values that were stored in one field in S3 that was reused for the purpose of this field since one did not exist in S3 on the position and we can now put them in a field in V11. We are told they cannot migrate it to another field and we would have to move them post migration with ISD. When I do this, I cannot get all the historical records to load in the new field or remove all the old records in the old field. Now I am being told I cannot use ISD to update historical records.
Had anyone updated history records in V11 using ISD or a program? I need to do this on both Position records and Work Assignment records.
I find it hard to believe that there is not a way to mass fix records.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
