Good evening,
The background to the program error is that in SOP the customer has some bespoke which is triggered after posting a sales order. This allows emailing .frx reports to three different locations linked to the customer record, the warehouse and a supplier record.
One particular user has had errors which lead to blank pdf's being sent to receipients.
The program error is as follows

Any suggestions? Advanced previews and use opera pdf printer both unticked. Client software requirements are met.
