Is there a consensus on how killed items should be handled when picking from the handhelds? My goal is to have the request flow to the handheld for the full quantity and the user performing the picking only pick what is available. One sent to the server have the delivery ticket printed showing the value that was 'killed'.
It appears there's a setting in FSM for online or batch allocation which may be affecting the way this is working because my requested quantity is being adjusted before it hits MSCM. Additionally if I change it to batch it no longer shows up as a shipment in FSM when my pick list print job runs and it never crosses to my handheld. I can't figure out the right combination. Any suggestions?
