Has anyone come up with a best practice on how to maintain/manage HR proxy?
HR utilizes Proxy (mostly for admin assistants proxy to their manager). We've come across situations where an Administrative Assistant transfers and no longer works for Manager A and now works for Manager B. However, there's nothing to alert us that Proxy to Manager A should be removed. Per checking the delivered setup, there is not an existing feature that will notify in the event where an employee (who has HR Proxy) transfers/promotes out of their existing position or transfers from the existing manager (that they have proxy to) to another manager. In the current version, there is a proxy business class, listing who the grantor, the proxy's name and the to-from dates and identifier of the proxy is enabled or not.
