Item Master Changes Interface
todd-brown
Hello,
At one time I thought I new of a process that Lawson had that would capture Item Master changes/updates to send to other systems such as Surgical Information System. This was do to keep item master information in sync across systems. I cannot find or remember what the screens/process is. Can anyone give me a clue? Thanks

Look at the IC52? jobs.... We use a modified IC527 here to keep our Cerner/Surginet app up to date.

Are you referring to the IC527 job? I believe there are about 4 different programs in the IC52* range depending on the format you need.

Yes, that looks like them. Do you know if they pull updated price/cost info?

Ours does... (but that may be part of our modifications... it's been a LONG time since I've looked at it) of course the first time you run it, it is going to pull everything.. and then keep track from there per the triggers...

Can you tell me what you modified? We are implementing Cerner soon and I am trying to figure out how to interface with Surginet. When I run the IC527 or the IC525 it requires me to enter a revenue center then if you try to do another revenue center the files are empty unless I manually delete a file out of the work folder. I am trying to figure out how to get our different revenue centers to all interface over. I would appreciate any input you have.
Thank you
