Is it possible to call IDM APIs from M3 H5 Scripting?

Hi,

We have a current modification where we store license number, license name and expiration date in CUGEX1.  We currently store a copy of the license externally on a file share.

My thought is store the license information in IDM by customer number with license number, license name and expiration dates as attributes with the 'image' of the license also.  This provides me with the customer context functionality which would be an improvement.

Is it possible to use H5 Scripting to call IDM APIs to validate that the license exists and is not expired?  If so, does anyone have a similar example to share?
