Using DA to render graph?

HI,

I try to use the DA to response the graph , but I try to get the data from the open API swagger in the pet store.

However, I could not get the inventory status to render the graph.

Please advice

Hey Verasin,

On the Response tab, there is 1 response - If (httpStatusCode == 200), Message: $csk_fn_concatenate_strings(invStatus)

The result you're seeing: "Skill returned an empty message" suggests that the API you're calling is indeed returning a 200 StatusCode, but when attempting to concatenate the invStatus variable, it is failing and returning nothing, thus leaving the Message empty.

Therefore, I'd investigate what the invStatus variable is. The concatenate_strings function accepts an array of Strings.

After invoking the skill in the Try It Out panel again, if you mouse-over the Coleman response header, a debug icon will appear. If you click this, it will expand details about the skill's execution, including the API response you're receiving and what the result of your JSON Parse is. I recommend starting here to understand what invStatus is resolving to.

However, if you want to make a Graph response, change the Response Type to Graph, but this response type will need more variables to construct the graph.

Dear Wes,

Thank you very much for your advice. Now I know tihe debug icon and I can check the detials.

I think my problem is about the format of the response body which is may be not correct.

Since I have anohter skills , I can return the value (number).

In addition, I am looking for the sample skills of render graph.

Do you have any idea that I can get this resource?
