Please consider endorsing our enhancement request. We would like the option to add a custom group to the email automation rules so that we can define the type of resources that receive the email. Today, we have to toggle the rule on and off while we make the necessary changes to the resources record if we do not want them to receive an email. Examples would be a new hire that hasn't started yet or term/retiree that is having information added/updated on their record. We do not want those resources to receive an email of the change (address, email address, etc.)
