We have numerous business requirements that use the Check Date instead of the pay period start or pay period end dates. Although our check date is typically the Thursday before the end date, this does not hold true for accelerated processing due to holidays. We have added a Check Date configured field to the PayPeriodsTimeEntry list and will have an annual process to update the field after creating the next year's pay periods. We have created an enhancement request for Infor to consider adding Check Dates to the Pay Periods tab on the Payment Schedule form in HRT, and include the check date in the annual process to create the next year's pay periods, with the ability to overwrite the Check Date that is automatically created.
