Benefits with same Start and Stop date have Deductions taken in Payroll |
Benefit plans that have the same start date as the end date had deductions taken on a check with the same date as the benefit start and stop date. Example, benefit start date 4/1/22, benefit end date 4/1/22 and check date 4/1/22. The benefits module creates start and stop dates on the same date when the employee has more than one life event that take effect on the same date. For example, open enrollment and a marriage or birth life event. The open enrollment event is finalized and then the other life event is finalized. Start and stop dates can also be the same when the employee terminates prior to benefits taking effect. |

Currently there is only one place for an employee to upload a birth certificate or other document type to a life event. Employees don't always have a method to combine documents into 1 unloadable document. They are also confused by the process and try uploading multiple times. Allow benefits administrators to select the higher of the salary multiple and amount fields. |

The life event view of benefit plans and coverage options is not user friendly for employees. Users must click "Select Benefits", then scroll through a large list of medical plans and coverage options. Show a list of benefit plans on the first page instead of having the user click on "Select Benefits". It would also be nice for the employee to be able to pick the plan and then be presented with a selection of coverage option. |

When employees move from a benefit eligible status to a non-benefit eligible status and will remain employed we send a letter to the employee telling them about their loss of coverage and additional information. There isn't a delivered solution in Infor HR Talent to handle this notification to employees. Enhance Benefit Plan - Allow Negative Premiums |
Our wellness program is setup as a benefit plan so that employees see a credit on their pay checks for being enrolled in the wellness program. The credit offsets their medical plan costs. The system does not allow negative premiums so the standard deduction does not get added when an employee is enrolled in the wellness plan. Payments are not automatically added to payroll either. Enhance benefit plans to allow negative deductions. |

Enhance Employee View of Dependents in a Benefit Enrollment |
Employees have to click into additional pages within a life event when enrolling in benefits to see dependents and add coverage for them. In addition there is a lot of unused white space on the enrollment pages for each benefit. Employees are not able to see which dependents they've attached to the plan after making their selection. Show a list of dependents on the bottom of each enrollment page for easy view and ability to add them to benefit plans. This would also provide an ability to see all selections for the benefit plan before they move to the next page. |

Employee Self Service EOI Message |
Employees see a "Subject to EOI" message in Benefits self service on the Current tab for the Basic Life plan where no evidence of insurability (EOI) is ever required.
Employees also see a "Subject to EOI" message in Benefits self service on the Current tab for supplemental life insurance plans where the employee doesn't have EOI required. There is no action required by the employee so they should no longer see a "Subject to EOI" message. Retro Deductions |
Retro deductions calculated by the system are incorrect. The system assumes that if a deduction was setup, it was taken from a pay check and credits for the pay period. The Retro Calculation needs to look in the arrears table or the paycheck to check that the deduction was actually taken from the paycheck and credit for the pay period if the deduction was taken. |

Benefit Coverage Rules |
The benefit coverage rules do not allow us to ensure a spouse is selected for coverage options that include spouse and child relationship types. There are no minimum/maximum types of dependents per relationship type. Employees can select inappropriate dependents for their selected coverage option. Enhance the coverage rules to include minimum/maximum number of dependents for a coverage option based on relationship type. |

Life Event Changes After Employee Submission |
Employees are not able to see there is an unsubmitted change on their life events if they submit the life event and then go back and make a change to the life event and save for later. Display a life event status to employees to alert them there are unsubmitted changes. |

The enrollment worksheet available for employees when their are completing a life event shows text from the confirmation statement. The text from the confirmation statement is confusing to employees because it shows the "Click Submit to confirm that you are submitting your benefits". It would be nice to have an editable template for the enrollment worksheet so that text can be altered. Or it would be nice to exclude the confirmation statement in the enrollment worksheet. |

Benefits Resource Update Process for Salary Changes |
When running the resource update for salary changes in the Benefits module and an employee with a salary override in their basic life insurance plan has a pay rate change the resource has a error message on their resource update record saying a salary change can not be processed since the salary has been overridden in the benefit enrollment. The error message is hard to find because the employee shows in the processed records with a yellow triangle. It's hard to identify which employees have an error. When the resource update process finds an error for a person who has had their salary overridden, place the error in the errors tab for manual review and processing. |

Run the Recalculate process for Future Effective Dates |
Currently we are only able to run the Absence recalculate job for the current effective date. We currently run the recalculate job on Friday prior to Payroll processing. However, there are always employee terminations effective the Saturday after we run the recalculate job. This requires us to run the process again on Monday which puts our teams behind schedule to prepare for Payroll processing. Deliver functionality that will allow us to run the recalculate job for a future date. (This functionality was available in S3 by first running the PA100 to process the future dated record and then running the absence job for the future record.) |

Summary Page on Benefit Enrollment |
On the review submit page of a life event employees are unable to see a full summary of their elections. The type of plan and cost are the only items displayed. Employee should be able to view all information that is included in the confirmation letter that includes the benefit plan name, coverage option, employee contribution and employer contribution. |
