Submitting an ER is easy however, petitioning to get visibility/endorsement is a bit harder (makes you feel like a politician). Therefore, I have submitted ER 100352 requesting that an email be sent to Customers when an ER has been created for a Product Line that a Customers is subscribed to.
Proposed Solution: Allow Customers to subscribe to an Enhancement Request "Product Line". Upon creation of an ER, an email would be sent out to customers that were subscribed to that specific "Product Line". Receiving an email would eliminate the need for customers to scroll through the list of ER's and no longer require a post in the Infor Communities requesting endorsement.
