Lawson - Human Resources Customer Community [READ ONLY]
Inbaskets in Ming.le

We use InBasket for job requisitions and change requests. We are currently upgrading to V10 and Ming.le. It takes more clicks to get to the InBasket in Mingle. We had portal set up so the different Inbaskets appeared in the bookmarks and users could see if there was work pending for them as soon as the logged in. It looks like they have to navigate into the InBasket to see if there is any work. Has anyone else noticed this? How are you handling this? I'm looking to see if there is any other option.

Our Inbasket user community is quite small. Thus, we were able to instruct them to simply use MyWork and ignore the other icons. So far, no significant complaints.

You can default the landing page to take them directly to the MyWork or MyTask Sections plus in the HTML5 version when you open the inbasket, if there are any tasks to perform it will show a number next to the task. You could also send the inbasket approval form or just the notification through email.
