Has anyone ever used an already configured list that is in GHR in a transition task? I am trying to create a transition task to where we assign it to employees to update their dependent's SSN. We do an audit each year and usually contact the employees by a mailed letter asking them to fill out a paper form to verify/add their dependent's missing SSN. We now want to be able to identify employees whose dependents are missing a SSN by a report, which we have and then only send out a transition task to those employees asking them to go to the task, which will include their list of dependents and enter the SSN that is missing and once they submit the task it will save that SSN into the benefits profile under dependents in that list.
