Need Help with Creating an Adhoc Report to Compare Quotation and Customer Order Line Quantities in I

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on a project in Infor M3 and I'm facing a challenge when it comes to creating a report to compare the quantities of Quotation Lines and Customer Order Lines. I'm hoping to get some guidance and suggestions from this knowledgeable community.

The issue I'm encountering with the Adhoc report is that I need to utilize the master table "OOLINE" to gather data for all the lines of the Quote. However, when I attempt to add the same table "OOLINE" to retrieve the Customer Order Lines data for comparison, I'm unable to do so as the Adhoc report doesn't allow using the master table twice.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has encountered a similar situation or knows of a workaround to create an Adhoc report that enables me to compare quantities for Quotation Order Lines and Actual Customer Order Lines within Infor M3.

Your expertise and suggestions would be invaluable in helping me overcome this challenge. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

i would try to connect the table OSASTD that contains all the order history. I do not promise that this will work but worth to try. all my order reports are based on OSASTD and not on OOLINE (because we have a lot of change orders)

This table "OSASTD" has all the line level data of an Order and I can use it. It will help me to get the line level data without using "OOLINE".

i use it often.. if you need OSBSTD has the sales data.

Thanks, I was using OOLINE and ODLINE only. But I will also use these table in my future projects.

I can confirm: it's not possible to have the same table as the main table as a linked table in Ad Hoc report, even if you try to play with the notion of Prefix. this is a limitation.

I have already tried with different Prefix, but M3 doesnt allow to use main table again in ADHOC report. So, finally I have used some other table, which has almost similar data.
