Replace in Business Modelling greyed out

Good Day,

Can someone please explain why the Replace button in the Accounts Dimension in setting up the Business Modelling on the Cloud is greyed out and how it can be activated?

I have published the model but need to delete some of the accounts I added. How else can I delete accounts from Business Modelling once the model is already published?

In BM you should be able to go into Business Objects - Financial - Accounts and select and delete accounts there.

Thanks but it seems once you published the model successfully, you can't delete the accounts already published anymore. See below, the DELETE button disappears from the screen.

Please check if you are in the Business Modelling Administrator application role. Deletion isn't possible by ordinary users in case an account is used.

Doesn't the replace option come on when you select a file. The option is to completely replace the existing structure with the one in the spreadsheet or to just make changes based on the updated srpeadsheet

Thanks so much! It was the role that was the issue. I assumed the BI-Administration role will give me Master access, but now that I've linked Modelling role I can delete previously published roles and the Replace button is also working now!

At the risk of stating the obvious only 1 - 2 people per site should be able to do this. The default is there for a reason ..
