Looking for any clues as to what is going astray here. Have a site running Operations 3.18.80. They have 15 users all connecting to an RDP server (2019). One particular user who does the vast majority of the invoicing on a day to day basis is seeing an intermittent problem. After an indeterminate number of invoices being successfully generated she then gets crashed out with an error where she cannot update the cursor. When we check the temp folder then there is a cursor left there that can be updated if we use command prompt from toolbox or VFP. It doesn't happen every time she raises invoices but it will happen after maybe 5 invoices, or 2 or even 10. There is no pattern to it.
Any suggestions?
I am even wondering if I can put any command line on the Operations shortcut to pick up a different ini file with a different TEMP location maybe?
Tried running Procmon to see if anything else is grabbing the temp folder and couldn't see anything untoward.
