We are currently in the project planning stages for moving from S3 to HR Foundations early next year. We have not included non-employees in the S3 Lawson but are planning to add them as resources when we move to Foundations.
We are in Healthcare (hospitals, clinics, health plan) and are struggling with "where do we draw the line" on who gets recorded as a resource and who does not.
If any of you have added non-employees to HR Foundations, I'd love to hear how you decided who gets a record and how they are classified (i.e. student, independent contractor, vendor, locum, etc).
