Does exist any solution to have the list of scripts, links (automation, ..) to be checked and corrected for the compatibility with the new UI interface H5?
Hello Celine, did you ever happen to find an answer to this question? I am trying to do the same thing and have not been able to get any answers from support on how to this. I would appreciate any tips that you might have.
Good question.
there are many changes - some functions has been renamed or deleted.
I have changed all scripts.
Hi, this may be a little late (since we all have already been force to now use the new UI), but thought I would pass along the details as it is still useful. For the second question, YES it is possible to compile a list of where a script is used - in which screens. I haven't dug deep into this, so I can say you will know which program, not necessarily which panel... if someone can refine this further and provide details that would be great.
The result is a clean list of the file name / function program where the script is installed - in one of the panels.

For the first question, while this doesn't even help me now (since the scripts are already updated by outsourcing) but I was just told by Infor Support that in the more recent (and most recent) updates of the H5 scripting guide, along with its attachments available in KB1909067 there is documentation at the end of the main document referening a ScanTool to help determine what scripts potentially are compatible with Angular UI. And there is a script in the Samples folder called "scantool" for this which is needed. I have not tried it, and don't know how to use it or how effective or thorough it is or even what it will do or provide, but thought I would pass this along too.
Hope this helps,Ken
If You have "real" Scripts: use APIs, Jquery, Grid Management, advanced techniques believe me - You will change all of them.
Don't need scantool.
