We are working to implement the Contract Change Order function in the Requester role of Infor Cloudsuite so Requesters/Leaders can request to update lines, amounts, etc on our Service contracts.
One thing we have not found in training documentation, nor do we see as an option in the Change Order process is an option to renew a current contract that will soon expire. Is this a viable option within the system?
Is anyone else using the Change Order function for Service contracts? If so, would appreciate setting up a call to see current state, usefulness, tips and tricks, etc.
