OLE error Code 0x

I can see this error has been logged before and we have had the issue before on a couple of occasions and fixed it but on this occasion it isn't working

One client of end user site is getting OLE error code 0x after completing the logon details to get into Opera

The fix before has been following a Pegasus document that suggests re-registering MSCOMCTL.OCX , the re-registering says it is successful but still get the error. The other option is to uninstall
einstall Opera to resolve as Administrator

On uninstalling and reinstalling we get Error 1904,Module C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesPegasus SharedControlsCodejock.CommandBars.v13.1.0.ocx failed to register HRESULT...

It does actually uninstall and install but still left with the OLE error

I can see Webroot has been mentioned before and Pegasus advised this also along with asking here

Does anyone have any further ideas that may help

Definitely security software can be the cuplrit. Had this issue on one PC at a customer site in May, didn't work until Webroot was uninstalled AND the PC was rebooted. The PCs were all new, all the same spec, all had Webroot, just this one in particular decided it wanted a fight.

I've had a couple this week where Opera was working the day before and not today. Both have Webroot on there and I ran the following in Command Prompt as Administrator:

Regsvr32 “C:WindowsSysWOW64MSCOMCTL.OCX”

It worked on both sites so with luck.
