How can we set a dril back to Error BOD screen in ION filtering a message ID.

Hi,

We are working on a Widget which displays the ION error details. We need a way to drill back to that particular record.

For example: Drill back to Error BODs screen filtering the record using Message ID,

(OR)

Drill back to Error Detail view using Message ID:

When we looked into the URL it gives us "?favoriteContext=#ActiveErrorBodId=1&NavUid=9hvf6f6xf2hz8mdo&NavAction=request&NavApp=documentflowmanagedesk&NavPage=manageErrorBodDetails&LogicalId=lid://infor.iondesk.iondesk"

Here we are not aware of ActiveErrorBodId and NavUid for that particular record.

Is there a way to get to the Error BOD/Error Details screen using the Message ID or some other existing attributes?

You can create a Monitor or Activation Policy on Sync.Error, when active the Confirm BOD will be generate a Sync.Error BOD which can be displayed via Monitor or Activation Policy > Workflow > Task/Notification
