I have had quite a few client report this issue but have been unable to replicate it.
Each month when they are doing statement/remittance runs they are having to go into purchase/sales accounts and into the terms and re-tick the email statement/remittance flag for several accounts, which was previously ticked.
One has to do about 30 a month.
I have at least 4 clients report this with us, I was wondering if anyone had experienced anything similar
