I have an on-call employee who is now full-time. We wish to give her seniority in her time accrual plan. How do you do this? do I need to create a new structure/group for her or is there a why to start her at a particular cycle?
LP554 allows you to upload a starting accrual balance. The import file you use is named TESLOADCSV and it it placed in the TESLOADCSV directory under the work directory.

Hi Carmen, I believe you just need to override her Service Begin Date on her LP31 record.
I tried that but it gave her the higher rate. Should I input the date she had when she was last benefited?

We have a few tiers. It gave her the highest one of course. I need the middle of the road rate.
