Good morning, we have a client who enters large sales orders - can be 50 lines or more. Crashes on the details grid form. This is an intermittant fault, may only crash once a fortnight Opera. They terminate Opera, re-logon and re-enter the entire order - always works fine second time. We cannot re-produce on-site or off-site. They are on the latest VFP version and have had the issue for over 12 months
We done all the standard, checked AV etc. We also schedule an Opera shutdown each evening and clear down the local temp files.
Any further suggestions most welcome. I assume it's environmental because Pegasus have no clues and we've got other customers who can enter over 80 lines or order with no issue
