We are trying to release multiple Planned PO's at the same time to create one PO. We are releasing small quantities in our scenarios, so we are not hitting maximum weights or qty. We follow this process:
1. We highlight the Planned PO's we want to release in PPS170.
2. We release the highlighted lines
3. Inconsistent Results
In one situation, we will get one (1) PO with each PPO as individual lines of the PO
In another situation, we will get multiple PO's for the planned PO we released together
Scenario 1 - Release Multiple PPO --> 1 PO
Scenario 2 - Release 2 PPO --> 2 PO's with one line each
Scenario 3 - Release Multiple PPO (i.e. 5) --> 2 PO's - split 3 lines on one PO, 2 lines on the other PO
Scenario 4 - Release Multiple PPO (i.e. 6) --> Multiple PO's with varying lines (1 - 3)
