Administration Console - Verify Database - Failed

has anyone else doing to Administration Console - Database - Verify Database within GHR to review the output? I have opened a ticket with infor before asking if we should be concerned with errors within our database and how to fix them but received no direction almost as they didnt know how to answer the question. So i'm asking the community, are we the only ones that have failed database verification reports or are there others in the same situation?

The thing that brought this to front of mind again for me is working on an employee contact record from our S3 to GHR conversion and discovered the data was corrupt.

Here is what the bottom of my dbverify report states -

Number of SQL indexes with no errors : 28941
Number of SQL indexes with incorrect definitions : 486

Verification of *_prd_hcm failed - found inconsistencies

@nramos - yes I receive similar results with this utility, Verification of [tenant] failed - found inconsistencies.

Thank you for the reply. first question i have - were you converted over to GHR or did you start in GHR without any prior data import?

my feeling is most of the "invalid" records are likely from conversion imported data due to the age of the team member records and so far i have not found an issue with new members added to the system post conversion (converted in 2020).
