We have a client who has recently upgraded to Opera 3 and is issuing Delivery Notes then progressing to Invoice either by batch processing or manually.
They have a new server and workstations and everything has been freshly installed and migrated.
When they send odd emails, such as statements, the speed is OK but the Invoice process is incredibly slow whichever way it is run.
They use Bitdefender AV and we have made sure that all exclusions are in place including the EXE's.
They initially had issues with Allow/Deny and their IT finally resolved that problem but the speed is appalling. Their IT say it must be an Opera problem but Opera is not having issues creating/saving the attached PDFs it is only the send that it slow. We have also been able to reassure the client that other users run the batch routine for far greater numbers without any speed issues.
They are using Office 365
Has anyone else encountered this - we think it is a setting in Outlook but not sure what.
Thanks
Carolyn
