Program Error. Unknown Member when exit Opera3

This Opera3 customer has been experiencing this error for several months now but they can't pinpoint exactly when it started.

It happens intermittently to all users but only when the user exits Opera.

On one PC, so far, I've completely uninstalled the Opera client and all folders and reinstalled the client As Administrator and given the two Pegasus folders Full Control Everyone permissions. However, the error persists.

Obviously not a major issue but has anyone come across this before / resolved it?

Would it be the case that it happens if a user has Opera open and it is left unattended for a period, say 30 mins, and then they come back and close it ?

This something inherent within Opera that you are aware of?

Did anybody get a fix for this? We have the same issue on one customer system, since their payroll upgrade in 2022. The message displays when they log out of Opera. They use citrix servers and we have upgraded many times, uninstalled and reinstalled clients, run UDS's, validated databases etc.
It seems to happen mostly for one user, but I've been told if she's not in the office another user gets the message closing Opera. It leaves files open on the server preventing backups etc running until the error message has been closed.
We have created new user profiles in Opera and new Windows logins but it's made no difference.

Our customer does use POP, yes.

OK I can replicate this in 2.94.20 in one scenario at least, as follows:

In AdministrationPreferences make sure that 'Show Accelerator Key Toolbar' is ticked.
In Co. Z, go into POP Processing.
Select an order, then ActionLines to bring up the detail form for the order.
Press the escape key twice quickly to close the detail form and then the main POP processing form.
Then close Opera with the 'x' button, or the Exit menu option.
You should get the unknown member error.
If I use 'Cancel' on the detail form and 'Close' on the main POP processing form, it doesn't happen.

Have replicated on VFP and SE so I will log an incident.

I get the same error when I recreate the scenario above on my machine.
