Safe Harbor Code for Waive Plans in BN729 vs BN531

I have noticed that the BN729 does not populate a Safe Harbor Code for my waive Plans but when we create offers using the BN531 it populates the WV in the Safe harbor Code field in the BN29 record. Has anyone else encountered this and can you tell me which job is populating this Safe Harbor correctly? Should the WV be in the BN29 record for Waive plans or not?

Nevermind, it looks like the year end patches corrected this problem and started to populate the WV Safe Harbor Code in the BN729 now too.
