Looking for someone who has set up 834 successfully

I am trying to find someone who might be willing to share their thoughts about configuring the HIPAA 834. We have reached a wall in trying to set it up and aren't sure where to go next. We are a healthcare system trying to interface to BC/BS. Please let me know if you might be interested in sharing about this issue. Thank you!

I just responded on a similar question. We ended up going with a vendor to set up the mapping for us. We have data from 2 different sources (Lawson for actives and a separate database for retirees). We provided them with the requirements from Aetna. Once set up, we will control the converting on our side. Email me if you want more details- kbchristesen@fcps.edu

We used to send to BC. We ended up writing a custom version of BN106 with a custom table to hold the plan values that BC needed so HR can maintain that per union. We also set it up to send them a completed list of active employees and dependents instead of using the HIPAA setup that would just send changes.
We currently send to Aetna and have a custom version for them as well.
