Can we please ask for a big improvement in the communication of Releases. In specific, when a release is being cancelled/postponed.
We have just received notification via our CSE that the Factory Track release is being cancelled. This is 1 day before the release is scheduled. On checking the KB article for the monthly release for Factory Track, there is no information (KB 2038979). I cannot find any notification of it.
In the event of a cancellation or even a critcal issue etc, we do expect to receive notification. At a very minimum when logging into Concierge, I would expect a big and clear notification that attention is required to something. But nothing. The lack of notification is damaging to our business as we are informing them of upcoming changes/fixes. Sometimes the fixes are extremely important and a delay of a month can really impact us.
I would appreciate feedback on how this can and will be improved.
