Just trying to get a feel for how other organizations manage OR Supplies. We are a 5 hospital systems with our 2 major hospitals using perpetual inventory with IC12s and the others using a PAR. We are thinking about going to all PARs to reduce the maintenance and resource touch points in managing all the case picks and returns.
Please respond with whether you use Perpetual Inventory, PARs, or Both to manage your OR supplies.
