WE are testing our open enrollment process for a November 1, 2015 plan year and are getting this error when updating the BN105 with new coverage records.

Margie, we have had a lot of problems with our BN105 not working since we upgraded to Infor10. I could not get our health & dental rates to change & had to re-add each employee in bn32.3 in order to get the new rates to pull in.

Infor was unable to help me with this, so I did this work around. Hopefully somone else will be able to give us an answer.
