Our IS team is having tough time due to this constraint - I tried all possible options and finally created this ER.
I request you to endorse the ER so that Infor includes this feature in the next release.

Summary of the ER:
Remove the limit on number of tasks for Task Watcher Widget and imporve the filtering options- The Task Watcher widget is limited to displaying a maximum of 200 tasks. We receive thousands of approval requests every day and had planned to use the Task Watcher to monitor the current status of these approvals. However, due to this limitation, we have lost visibility into the approval process, and we are now uncertain about which document is awaiting approval from whom. We had also considered using the same widget to track completed approvals from the homepage, but this option is also affected by the 200-task limit. Unfortunately, although the Task Manager widget can display more than 200 tasks, it includes features like 'assign to self' and 'modify assignment,' making it unsuitable for end users who are not administrators. Furthermore, it's important to note that the system governs the display of 200 tasks, and this limit is not influenced by the filter attributes selected. We are facing significant challenges due to this limitation and are actively seeking a quicker solution
