We are looking to supplement our employee contributions into their dependent care flex spending account. The plan is to match the employee contributions 2 to 1. Example, if the employee contributes $300, we will contribute $600 into the account annually, split evenly between 24 pay periods. Has anyone set up a Spending accounts with a match using this type of formula? The only options I see on BN18.5 for a company match is a flat amount or a percent which I don't think will get us the desired results. Does anyone have a plan set up this way that would be willing to share the parameters?
