We have customized the Request A New Budget workflow a LOT, where the approval is routed to the VP and if that position is vacant, go to the next level and so on and so forth. We have also customized the Request A New Budget form so that managers can move budget from one position to another in one transaction (this has worked out well). Managers can also add budget to a position as well.
We are looking for feedback on how others are managing Position Budget (Request A New Budget workflow) in Infor.
Are you using the delivered flow? If so, how is it working for you?
If you're using a customized workflow, can you describe the workflow and levels of approval?
