Enhancement Request - 103361 - typeOf() functionality against each variable when pressing Ctrl-Space

Issue:

Currently, in Infor Process Designer, we do not have the functionality that defines the type of the variable other than the Start and Assign nodes, especially inside Javascript. It would be great if the type of every variable, including return node variables, was generated while executing a node or in Ctrl+Space, where we have all the process variables listed within the process execution. Additionally, it would be great if we could also get the type of the variable so that it would be easy for the developer who is building IPA flows using Infor Process Designer tool so that the Developer can determine which function to use on the variables and build some JS logic to manipulate them as per the business need.

Workaround:

Need to use typeOf() in the JS/Assign node to determine the type of the variable.

Proposed Solution:

It would be great to see the type of variable in the Ctrl+Space feature within Infor Process Designer.

I may be misunderstanding the request for this ER, but it sounds like implementing something like this would be challenging because JavaScript is dynamically typed, and not statically typed, e.g. you don't declare the type when defining the variable, and depending on the operations preformed on the variable the type can be coerced to a different type.
