How to Pass Username from Syteline Form to Stored Procedure? (9.00.20)

Hello,
I'm trying to pass the a user's username to a stored procedure that's called using a Method Call in an Event Handler. However, I don't seem to be having luck. I'm using USERNAME() in my variable I created to hold the username, but it doesn't pass the username. Here are a couple of screenshots of the variable and event handler setup. If you look at the event status form and the parameters tab do you see it being passed in? Also, you could use a Set Values action before your method call action and set your V(Username) = ORIGINATOR() which will be the user that triggered the event.

As a follow-up question, could you please assist with exporting data? I'm trying to export the contents of a temp table to a CSV file on our server. I execute my SP from SSMS, I get the column headers with data as intended. When I execute my SP from the form (as above), I only get the column headers in my CSV file and no data. Here's my SQL code snippet:

If you run just the data select without the headers are you getting data? I worry that from the form side your temp table might be getting cleared before the data is returned.

Hello, so if I run my SP directly from SSMS, then I get the necessary data from the table imported into my CSV file before the table is truncated, including column headers. But executing my SP via a method call in my event handler only gives me the column headers and no data. Thanks so much for following up with me, I appreciate it!
