When running the Year end in SQL , the error message below is appearing from the servive Log.

Error occurred while Tidying Nominal Journal Memo: One or more errors occurred.,,Default ( Service Log )

Customer Nominal is in 2021

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve or even look at where to resolve this issue ?

If it's SQL SE then if you use SQL Management Studio to open the data and have a look under the 'Opera3SECore' section you will find a LogEntries table. This should contain more information on the error. I think this is what is supposed to show in SAM but I can never get that to work properly.

If you run a Healthcheck on the data via SAM this may also help pinpoint any data issues in that table.

Thank you Alex , we checked and the under the log entries table , the message is the same as the error I posted before, so we still not sure what's the reason for it and what it means.

We ran the health check and there were no errors either.

To add, the customer is on version 2.91.00 , does anyone know if this a bug. with older versions.
