Our Supply Chain is running into an issue with dock logging as there are some boxes that come in and do not have the PO number on them. They are still able to scan the tracking number in MSCM but they are not able to "deliver" it or have someone sign for it, obviously the clerks still take it to it's destination once they get the PO#. They mentioned this may be an enhancement request but I wanted to check with the community to see if anyone else has this issue and a possible solution.
