We've had a few incidents in recent months of incorrect details on reports at the time of printing that are subsequently OK on reprints. For example one site has an issue with purchase orders where it will pick up an incorrect delivery address (which happens to be the first record in PNAME) instead of the correct one, but subsequent reprints are fine. We've had another today where the warehouse ona delivery note was wrong at time of printing but again correct when reprinted. These are custom layouts but it's only logos etc that have been changed - the core functionality is the same as the Pegasus default layouts so it's all standard fields like ihead.id_delad1 etc. As the issues are intermittent we can't really default to a standard layout for testing as it's too infrequent, but it's still happens enough to cause issues. We've checked for blank lines and that nextid and invoice numbers etc haven't gone round the clock picking up old data etc.
What's weird is that I hadn't seen this issue before until a few months back, and now it's happened at a few different sites, and on different reports too which seems odd. Has anyone else had anything similar?
