Updating jobs in Lawson

Does anyone NOT run their update jobs (the "Daily Jobs" - PA100, BN100, LP100, etc) daily? If so, how is this working for your company and have you done this since your go live? Or did you at one point run the jobs daily and change to not running daily? My company currently runs the jobs daily and are looking into changing this so any feedback you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We only run the PA100 daily. The BN and LP jobs are only run at the end of the pay period.

We are considering run the LP jobs more frequently to assist with the adjustments between plans so it is not waiting until the last day of the pay period. We may run it 2 or 3 times during the pay period.

We used to run our PA100s bi-weekly and have recently switched to a process where we update PA52s more frequently. However, we still run our BN100s and LP100s based on our pay cycles so the benefits and absence plans are updated just prior to the next payroll run.

We run our PA100s usually 2 - 3 times per week depending on how much keying is done in PA52.

We run our BN100s and LP100s at the end of the payroll when all the keying for the pay period has been completed. We have been doing this since we went live in 2007 and it seems to work for us.

We run our PA100 daily every four hours with the exception of pay run week. During the pay run week we run on Monday and then return to every four hours after Payroll is complete with their process. Payroll runs the LP100 job and I believe they run that during the pay run cycle. I run the BN101 & BN100 the Friday before pay run week and one more time Monday morning. This process works well for us.

We run PA100 multiple times through the day (except on Payroll processing day) and we run BN100 and LP100 nightly - its scheduled through Process Flow. We check it everyday so its easier to manage errors.

We run our PA100 nightly, except during payroll processing (bi-weekly Tuesday-Thursday). BN100 and LP100 run immediately after the PA100 each night. We've been running it this way for 10+ years and seems to work fine for us.

We run PA100s several times during the day except during payroll blackout days. We do continue with new hire PA100s during blackout. LP100 runs during payrolls bi-weekly. BN100s are run weekly through our scheduler. Hope this helps.

BN100 - We run BN100 nightly so our benefits are always up-to-date for reporting.
PA100 - Runs multiple times a day as the HR Assistants process changes submitted through MSS.
LP100 - Runs weekly plus a final run prior to the start of the payroll cycle. Volumn is easier to handle on a weekly basis.

We run PA100 daily. We run LP100 and BN100 2-3 times a week. We don't run during payroll blackout with the exception of some PA100 jobs with select actions and effective dates. Works very well for us. We've been running PA100 daily since our go live in 2007 but moved LP100/BN100 to less than daily about 3 years ago.
