Mass Upload Template for BN71 (COBRA)

Good Afternoon!

Is there a conversion template for BN71 entries? I use BN531, BN532 and HR513 often but I have not been able to find a similar upload template for the BN71 screen. Does anyone have information on an upload or have done an add-in to add benefits/dependents into BN71? Please advise, thank you!
