HireResource Action in TM

Anyone using IPA to create employees in TM using the HireResource action on the Employee Business Class? We have fields on position that are set to default - no override. We are expecting to not have to populate these fields as the position is populated in the file. However, we get errors that the fields are required. Let me know if you have been able to get this to successfully work with position defaulting rules.

We use this functionality have haven't seen this issue as long as we ensure that the "no override" fields are populated on every position.

Have you confirmed that the fields are populated on your source position? If they aren't populated on the Position, but the fields are required on the WorkAssignment, then it will throw this error. Since it is set to "no override" you wouldn't be able to override a blank.
