BoD missing for FGRECL table APS370

I would like to have the BOD for the table FGRECL/APS370

My impression is that FGRECLis the best table to match/search the partial receiving of supplier invoices but there is no BOD.

We book invoices via OCR and the batch arriving in APS450 is not capable to match automatically our PO because there are too many details missing (we have several partial delivery and all the test done are closing the complete PO or not matching at all)

The BoD of FGRECL would help me bring the received lines in the OCR program in order to make the match directly in that tool and send the correct lines in APS450.

Have someone found a better solution?

Hi Elisabetta, I don't think there's a BOD for that Table specifically, you would probably have to create your own in that case.

Hi Rene.. I know.. it is too bad. I found only the API for the goods receiving (better than nothing).. Based on your experience do you think it is technically possible to create a BOD for this table? I also sent a request to Ole R. but I do not have answer yet.

That should ABSOLUTELY be possible.
BOD can be created from any API, you just have to create the Event to call the BOD as well based on FGRECL - setting a Filter so that is, preferably, only triggered for the records you are interested in.

Hi Elisabetta,

We are actively involved in Supplier invoices OCR software integrations. Currently, to cover the need of extracting PO receipt lines to the OCR system, we are doing this by running a query against Datalake and exporting the query results as CSV file.

Hope this helps your thinkings on this.

In this case there is no standard API for FGRECL/APS580..

Should I create a custom API? or IPS (i do not even know the exact name). And then make the BOD out of your explanation?

this was also my idea. I thought i schedule a report in AHS110 and send the data to a certain place where OCR can look at.

I heard today about a solution from the AI Showcase team.. i will investigate also that solution

Is you OCR software able tolocally store the full list of Not Invoiced PO receipts ? Are you able to do the Invoice matching inside your OCR software (like we normally do in APS360 M3 transaction ?) If yes, then I think it would be easier to implement the solution I suggested.
