One View Troubleshooting for Retry

Hello Everyone

Greetings!.

With our Recent Integration Project of Order Tracking Status update to Supplier (Rest End Point), we get few failures based on Supplier Exceptions like MEC Grid XML Transform failures.

We would like to retry those failed ones in one View, kindly we need your expertise advise.

If these are MEC (IEC) Errors, you need to Resend/Retry from 'Enterprise Collaborator Administration' under 'Administration Tools' in M3 (MT Cloud).

From One View we can't re trigger as Rene mentioned IEC has options to Retry the failed messages.

You might want to know that there is functionality coming in December (or possibly First Quarter 2024) to send failures in e-mail via ION to notify Users of Errors in IEC (BOD) processing.
