Is it possible to set max number of records/rows returned in Factory Track client on site level with

In Factory Track (for M3), is there any way to set the max number of records/rows returned in Factory Track client on a site level, and not have to also set on individual users?

The case is that we have a site where the number of picklists is very high, and FT does not return all when we do a search. I know we can adjust the process defaults max record cap and adjust the user preferences, but most of the Factory Track client users on this site do not have access to Factory Track admin. So how can we adjust max number of records/rows on a site level and have it apply for all users at the site without individually changing per user?

Hello,

Can you try to look in form "Process defaults" and increase "max record cap" ? Increase also ligne 7 to 500 because sometimes the form does not retrieve all parameters in complex transaction such as Pick&Pack where there is a lot of parameters

Hi Maxime,

We set both the "report max record cap" and the "user preferences max records cap" to 500 in the process defaults, but we also had to change to something else than "use default" on user preferences (like "retrieve all"). We created 427 picklists (not unusual for this customer) in TST, and when we changed the relevant process defaults to 500 and not change to something else than default on user preferences, we only see 200 picklistst in FT client. When I in addition to setting 500 rows in process defaults also changed the user preferences to retrieve all, FT client returned 427 picklists. So we still have not found a way to get more rows without adjusting per user.
