Is there anyway to delete all the Coleman DA conversation data (social data) for a single user, including the messages from Coleman DA to the user?
So far it appears only the messages from the user to Coleman DA can be deleted in Social Data, and can only be deleted one by one with the GUID value. Selecting Soft or Hard Delete of all messages of a user returns the message "The data could not be deleted". I'm guessing because the system blocks deleting the messages from Coleman DA to the user, but then that would seem to make the delete all messages a useless button, unless I'm missing something here. I do have all available Coleman security roles assigned.
